Community Check-Ins for Discord servers
Gather lightweight, time-boxed community sentiment through anonymous button check-ins, and publish separate reaction-based policy reminders. Closed check-ins show aggregate results without member names. Selected answers never affect scoring or moderation.
π Community Mood Check
A quick anonymous read on how the week feels.
How does this week feel?
This helps staff understand the current mood without naming individual members.
CLNR stores your current choice only while this check-in is open. After the aggregate result is posted, individual choices are deleted.
Your selected answer never changes how activity is scored.

Private Choices & Aggregate Results
CLNR is built around privacy-first principles. Button-based check-ins ensure that honest feedback stays honest by removing individual identity from the aggregate output.
Fixed 24-Hour Active Window
Check-ins accept choices for 24 hours. Members can change their single selection while open.
Aggregate-Only Expiry Cards
Closed cards show original questions, vote counts, percentages, and total headcount only.
Choices Deleted After Aggregation
CLNR stores each memberβs current choice while open, then deletes individual choices after aggregation.
Moderation & Score Immunity
Check-in answers never influence server moderation rules
The selected answer never changes activity scoring, AHS, manual reviews, cleanup, or moderation. Button participation can count as normal activity only when Commands and Components tracking is already enabled.
Selected answers never alter member scoring, AHS, manual reviews, or cleanup.
Button clicks count as activity ONLY if Commands and Components tracking is enabled beforehand.
Policy reminder reactions follow your standard server reaction activity handling.
Ghost Mode skips scheduled check-ins and policy posts while retaining saved schedules.
Dedicated Channels & Saved Toggle Controls
Configure check-in channels and verify current feature toggle states directly in your settings.
Dedicated Check-In Channel
Recurring check-ins require a designated channel set via /polls checkins_channel. Unlike inactivity warning prompts, check-in questions have no warning-channel fallback and will not post without an explicit target.
Check-Ins Master Toggle
Enable or pause recurring check-in postings across your server using /polls checkins_toggle. CLNR posts one selected topic per cadence and rotates through your selected topics.
Policy Reminder Schedule
Toggle recurring policy reminder schedules ON or OFF at any time using /checkin policy_schedule_toggle without affecting one-time Community Restart settings.
