New
- Private monthly preview: Admins can use
/monthly_reportto review the last completed calendar month privately. Free servers see the Free overview; servers with active Premium access see the full report. Previews do not post to staff channels, use Full Review credits, change automatic delivery, or save report history. - More useful Free summaries: With monthly summaries enabled (the default), completed server setup, and a usable staff channel, Free servers receive an overview of recorded monthly activity and moderation work, lifetime impact, member tracking coverage, and the latest available Activity Health Score (AHS) snapshot from the reporting month when AHS tracking is enabled.
- Richer full reports: Premium and scheduled reports funded by Full Review credits include more cleanup and participation detail, quiet-channel context when quiet-channel reports are enabled, a recommended next action, and month-over-month comparisons when complete retained data is available. Credits fund scheduled full reports only, not full private previews.
- Clearer reporting limits: Monthly results, lifetime totals, coverage snapshots, and the AHS reporting window are labeled separately. Missing or incomplete historical data is identified rather than presented as zero.
- Lifetime impact: Reports show recorded warnings and a recovery rate consistent with the lifetime Impact Review, plus kick proposals and completed kicks where applicable. Kick proposals are not necessarily unique members or completed removals.
Improvements
- Clearer public AHS previews: Public Activity Health Score links continue to show community health and recent channel activity directly in Discord, with clearer channel recovery context. Previews respect the server's public-name visibility setting and link to the public report, CLNR website, and configured CLNR invite and support destinations. Discord caching or preview availability can delay or limit what appears.
- More flexible Staff Removal Approval: Admins can choose between one or two staff approvals. General Kick and Ban requests require removal requests to be enabled; two-person inactivity confirmations can be enabled separately.
- Single-reviewer requests: With removal requests on and
Two-person approvaloff, a Kick or Ban request requires approval from one authorized reviewer other than the requester. After the existing 3-minute safety delay, that reviewer or an admin must explicitly selectExecute. - Delegated inactivity kicks: With removal requests on and
Two-person approvaloff, authorized removal staff can confirm normally eligible members in Manual Kick Reviews without their own DiscordKick Memberspermission. A single confirmation can trigger the kick directly, without an additional execution delay or Execute button. - Recovered candidates: In that same mode, removal staff can individually select candidates who became active again and are currently below the normal kick threshold. These members are never included automatically and require an explicit danger confirmation and renewed safety checks. With
Two-person approvalon, recovered candidates remain admin-only. - Two-person mode: When enabled, general removal requests require two authorized approvers other than the requester, followed by admin execution after the safety delay. Delegated inactivity kicks require two different staff confirmations for each eligible member and then trigger automatically without an additional delay or Execute button. Existing admin-only review actions remain available.
- Safety controls remain active:
/removal offimmediately blocks delegated staff confirmations. Current authorization, member eligibility, protected targets, cooldowns, and the shared limit of 5 staff-approved removals per rolling 15 minutes continue to apply.
Fixes
- Long Manual Kick Review cards: Fixed larger reviews failing to appear in the staff channel when their content exceeded Discord's message limits. Reviews now use smaller cards where needed without losing member details.
- Review navigation for removal staff: Fixed the
PreviousandNextbuttons requiring admin access. Authorized removal staff can now navigate all pages of a live Manual Kick Review without needing broader admin permissions.
