Rules

  • Estimates assume the recorded decay conditions stayed unchanged. They are context for review, never actual scores or automatic kick eligibility. Apply-to-all actions cover eligible members only. Recovered candidates must be selected individually. CLNR checks membership, exemptions, snoozes, live score, recovery evidence, permissions, and review validity again before a kick. Owners and admins keep the direct kick path. When moderator two-person confirmation is enabled, the second approval triggers the kick automatically without a safety delay. Pre-kick DMs follow the server setting and include the configured reinvite link when available.

Next steps

Select the members you want to handle, then choose Kick, Snooze, or Exempt. Leave a recovered candidate unselected unless you intentionally want to act on that member.

🔒 CLNR ethics statement: Ethics #01 - I don't store chat logs or message content. Once messages are gone, they're gone.

Example with one eligible member and no recovered candidates. Times, score, and threshold are not live data or defaults.

Open Live Review

Every Manual Kick Review card includes Open Live Review. This card action opens a private screen with the current kick threshold, currently eligible members, and recovered candidates. It is not a separate slash command.

A recovered candidate can come from a recorded warning-, inactive-, or kick-threshold recovery, even without appearing in an earlier kick review. Current scores and normal kick rules determine eligibility; recovery estimates do not.

Read the Decay Score guide for the inactivity score behind this review.

Read recorded recovery context

Recovery and score

Each recovered row shows the recorded recovery time, crossed threshold, score before recovery, and current Decay Score.

Detected activity

Compact counts show detected activity signals by source and the latest detected activity. These are not message contents, channel mentions, or an activity timeline.

Approximate score without recovery

The ~ estimate assumes recorded decay conditions stayed unchanged. It is review context, never the actual score or automatic kick eligibility. It may become unavailable when relevant settings or multiplier conditions change.

Illustrative selection example

Fictional example using a kick threshold of 89 to illustrate the two groups. These are not calculated CLNR results.

MemberCurrent scoreReview context
Alex92Eligible in the example; last activity June 3.
Sam90Eligible in the example; last activity June 5.
Taylor18Recovered after inactive state; score 43 → 18; recovery August 10; 2 messages and 1 reaction; latest activity September 16; illustrative estimate ~91.
Jordan9Recovered after warning; score 25 → 9; recovery and latest activity July 28; 1 voice activity event; illustrative estimate ~89.

Taylor and Jordan start unselected. Their estimates are context only; these example values do not supply or validate an estimate calculation.

Select safely: Kick, Snooze, or Exempt

Apply-to-all Kick, Snooze, and Exempt actions cover only currently eligible members. Recovered candidates start unselected and must be chosen individually by an admin with Kick Members permission or removal staff with requests On and Two-person approval Off.

Removing selected recovered members requires a separate danger confirmation listing names and separate selected counts. The delegated two-person Confirm workflow covers eligible targets only and grants neither Snooze nor Exempt access.

Kick

Remove selected members only after the required confirmation and current eligibility, authority, and safety checks.

Snooze

Choose a temporary duration for eligible members. The duration form saves nothing until submission and repeats current-access and review checks.

Exempt

Use the existing kick-exemption action for currently eligible selections. It retains its current admin authorization requirements.

Final checks before action

CLNR rechecks current permissions, review validity, membership, live score, exemptions, snoozes, and recovery evidence before removal. If conditions changed or cannot be verified, removal stops pending fresh confirmation.

Owners and admins retain their direct kick path and required Discord permission. With requests On and Two-person approval Off, removal staff can individually select recovered candidates and accept a danger confirmation for that recovery cycle. Two-person mode keeps recovered candidates admin-only. When separately enabled, two different currently authorized moderators can Confirm an eligible target; the second approval triggers the kick automatically, subject to current checks and the shared cap, without an extra safety delay or Execute click.

This is separate from staff removal requests and auto-kick activation guardrails.

Pagination, privacy, and record limits

Long private live reviews use Previous and Next buttons while keeping selection and moderation controls available. New Manual Kick Review batches split into cards of up to 25 members. Bounded pages identify remaining candidates for a later review.

Recovery records begin with newly recorded recoveries; CLNR does not reconstruct older history. Only the latest recovery cycle per member is retained for up to 90 days, and each cycle appears in one actionable review. Relevant decay-setting or multiplier changes can make recovery context unavailable.

For this recovery feature, CLNR stores no message content, channel IDs, or activity timeline. It is not a permanent member casefile or moderation history.
