New

Inactivity notices through DMs only:
- Turn off channel notices for inactivity warnings, inactive-role changes, and members becoming active again with /config inactivity_notifications enabled:false or the ON/OFF button in /config show.
- Warning and inactive-role DMs must remain enabled. Members can still mute or block DMs; CLNR does not post a public fallback.
- Inactivity tracking and moderation continue under their existing settings. Staff reviews, reports, kick announcements, and reward messages keep their own controls.

Improvements

Simpler two-person inactivity reviews:
- Owners and authorized admins with Kick Members permission can continue to kick directly, even when two-person confirmation is enabled.
- For moderator approvals, the second approval now triggers the kick for each eligible member, without the previous three-minute wait or an extra Execute click.
- The shared limit of five staff-approved removals within 15 minutes still applies. Approved members waiting only for that limit are checked again automatically, without another approval.
- These changes apply to manual inactivity reviews. General /removal request approvals keep their existing delay and Execute step.
Review progress survives restarts: Moderator approvals are saved, and members still awaiting action remain on the original review card. Completed reviews show the kick results instead of action buttons.
Approvals stay tied to current settings: Changing the removal staff role or reinvite link requires fresh confirmation. Turning two-person confirmation off invalidates existing approvals, including if it is later turned back on.
Eligibility is checked again before a kick: CLNR rechecks both approvers' access, the member's current eligibility, and its own permissions. Members who become active again, rejoin, become exempt, are snoozed, or gain a protected role are excluded from moderator-approved kicks.
Safer handling of interrupted reviews: CLNR avoids automatically repeating a moderator-approved kick or pre-kick DM when the outcome of an earlier attempt is uncertain.
DM warnings count in staff totals: Successfully delivered warning DMs count even when inactivity channel notices are off.
Clearer settings navigation: /config show groups related settings, adds setup and status shortcuts, and explains fallback channels where available. Crowded pages keep controls alongside their explanations.
More settings can be changed directly: /config show adds ON/OFF controls for the optional staff coverage notice and Activity Health Score tracking and public sharing, with explanations and saved states. Supported languages now have flag icons.
Better guidance for unfinished setup: Poll and recurring Community Check-In settings point to their setup wizards when configuration is missing. Preset settings explain how CLNR can create missing roles and channels or repair them later.
Personal reminders remain opt-in: Admins can allow or pause personal reminders from /config show. Members choose their own reminders through /notifications; enabling the server setting does not subscribe anyone. A new staff advisory explains how this works.
Clearer voting buttons: Community Check-In and Casefile options now use compact numbered buttons beside the full option text.

Fixes

Fixed moderator approvals applying only to the first selected member or incorrectly blocking the remaining selection with a cooldown warning.
Fixed removal requests incorrectly activating two-person inactivity confirmation when that separate setting was OFF.
Fixed moderator-approved inactivity kicks not respecting the pre-kick DM setting, member mute preferences, or configured reinvite link.
Fixed crowded /config show pages, including Ghost Mode pages, hiding controls or exceeding Discord's display limits.
Fixed crowded /help sections with additional pages, accurate page counts, and working navigation.
Fixed outdated or missing command links in staff advisories for settings, Staff Review history, and stopping removal approvals.
Fixed interaction errors when navigating /config show while the next page was loading.
