- Snooze now requires current CLNR admin access without personal Kick Members permission. Direct admin kicks and Exempt keep their personal Kick Members requirement; configured staff approval flows remain available without that personal permission.
- CLNR admins without personal Kick Members permission can open the live review and page through review details to snooze members, without gaining direct Kick or Exempt access.
- The inactivity and bot kick-blocker explanations are available in all supported languages.

- Fixed Snooze incorrectly reporting a changed review when CLNR lacked Kick Members permission or its role was not above the member's highest role; authorized admins can now save the snooze with or without a staff note.
- Fixed qualifying members disappearing from the live review because of a bot kick-permission or role-position blocker; the review now shows the affected members and explains why kicks are blocked. CLNR itself still needs Kick Members permission and a role above the target member's highest role to execute a kick.
