Border Challenge now supports Shared Travel Jokers: votes credited to a community with an active challenge can unlock a shared Joker that any participant can use to keep the journey moving.

/review Staff Reviews now save one monthly snapshot per review type and period automatically, building useful history over time. A new selector also lets admins switch between related Staff Review cards without rerunning commands.
/vote now shows your personal Supporter benefit first, followed by the community's vote progress and available Border Challenge rewards, making the panel easier to scan.
Shared Travel Jokers can now also be viewed, unlocked, and tested in the CLNR Support Community. The Support Community remains excluded from tracked-member buffer rewards.
Scheduled notifications now handle temporary Discord outages more safely, retrying failed deliveries instead of treating them as successfully sent.
